LEGAL NOTICE Ruby-Collins, Inc. is soliciting quotes from Small Business Enterprise (SBE) subcontractors for work associated with the construction of the 60" Wastewater Rehabilitation From Trinity River to Rochester SWPS Project for Dallas Water Utilities (DWU). The job bids on June 5, 2026 at 1:00 PM CT. Email or fax bids for the following scopes by COB June 4th to estimating@ruby-collins .com or 770-434-0586 respectively. Include proof of SBE status with bid. Scopes of Work: CIPP, Sliplining, Clearing, Survey/Staking, Manhole Structure Replacement, Manhole Rehabilitation, CCTV/Large Diameter Sewer Cleaning, Sewer Bypass, Concrete Supplier, Heavy Equipment Rental and Crushed Stone Supplier Complete plans and specifications can be found on our website, www.ruby-collins.com Ruby-Collins, Inc. will assist interested bidders in getting required bonding or insurance coverage for the Contract at issue or provide alternatives to bonding or insurance. Ruby- Collins, Inc. will work with bidders to break down or combine work to facilitate participation. All negotiation will be in good faith.
