PROJECT SERVICE MANAGER sought by NATIONWIDE RENOVATION LLC in Dallas, TX metro area. Duties incl: Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. Oversee and establish specifications, budgets, schedules, and reports. Negotiate subcontract construction contracts and purchase orders. Review plans and coordinate the submission of plans to the permitting consultant to obtain building permits from local municipalities. Req. & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or rel. and 4 yrs. of exp. in Construction management. Knowledge & practical experience with full-scale interior renovations, from demolition to finishing. Proficiency with the AutoCAD Project Manager tool.
