• LEAD - IT DEVELOPMENT Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. has a full-time opening for a Lead - IT Development in Irving, TX. Duties include but not limited to: Responsible for professional JavaScript development. Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds. Working through the entire stack from user interface through systems levels. Understanding accessibility and security compliance. Consuming web services (REST) and processing data (JSON). Utilizing SQLite, NoSQL, Redis or other databases. Building API services using NodeJS Express and related frameworks. Appling understanding of NodeJS asynchronous runtime. Applying understanding of JS concepts on callbacks and closures. Debugging issues related to memory leaks. Building highly scalable and high throughput services with sub second response times. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or an IT related field. Higher degree will be accepted but not a minimum requirement. Requires 7 years of experience as an IT Development Lead or in a related role/capacity. Experience must include 7 years of professional experience in JavaScript development; 7 years of experience in Rest (REST) principles and understanding the nature of asynchronous programming including its characteristics and workarounds; 7 years of experience working through the entire stack from user interface through systems levels; 7 years of experience utilizing accessibility and security compliance; 7 years of experience utilizing consuming web services (REST) and processing data (JSON); 7 years of experience with databases: SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, NoSQL, and Redis; 7 years of experience building API services using NodeJS Express and related frameworks (Express, MongoDB and JavaScript); 7 years of experience utilizing NodeJS asynchronous runtime; 7 years of experience utilizing JS concepts on callbacks and closures; 7 years of experience debugging issues related to memory leaks; 7 years of experience building highly scalable and high throughput services with sub second response times; 7 years of experience building NodeJS REST APIs; 5 years of experience utilizing Camunda workflow; 5 years of experience utilizing MongoDB/NoSQL; 7 years of experience utilizing SQL queries; 7 years of experience utilizing programming skills (Java 1.8 or .Net).
